6 ounces Canned crabmeat, drained, picked over and chopped
2 teaspoons Grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
3 Eggs
1 1/4 cups All-dairy heavy cream
3/4 cup Grated Monterey Jack chees, or crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Dash cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
1 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley
