2 tablespoons Olive or vegetable oil
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
2 cups Sliced fresh mushrooms (6 oz)
¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
½ cup Dry Marsala wine or chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
2 cups Broccoli florets
4 Servings whole wheat egg noodles or angel hair pasta
