3 tbs Vegetable oil plus some for frying tortillas (approx 1/2 cup)
3 Small cans green chilis-diced
3 cloves Garlic-chopped
30 Corn tortillas-cut into strips-set aside half of the amount for frying
1 tbs Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Bay leaf
5 cans (72.5 oz) Chicken Broth
4 cans (58 oz) Beef broth
1 can Tomato sauce-8 oz
---All of the above will be combined in a large stock pot---
1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
8 Cooked Chicken Breasts
2 cups Grated colby/jack cheese
1 Avocado for topping
