2 tsp Minced ginger
1 19-oz/ 540 ml tin creamed corn
1/4 lb/ 125 g scallops, diced
1/4 lb/ 125 g crabmeat
1 cup Chopped asparagus (or broccoli florets, broccoli stems, or peas)
1 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 Egg white, beaten
