2 to 3 teaspoons Mild chili powder (to taste)
1 8-ounce Can tomato sauce
Salt, preferably kosher salt, to taste
6 ounces Medium or sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
12 To 14 corn tortillas
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
Chopped cilantro for garnish
Fresh salsa for serving
