Ingredients
- 2 # cooked peeled and deveined shrimp,chilled, roughly chopped( chunky)
- 2 large carrots shredded
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 4 scallions cut on a bias
- 10 wonton skins, julienned and fried
- 1 package bean thread noodles, soaked ( 4minutes cold water) drained and fried
- 1 clove garlic minced( please use fresh not the jarred kind)
- 2 Tbl. fresh ginger minced or grated on ginger grater
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1 Tbl. sesame oil
- 2 Tbl. vegetable oil
