Ingredients

Basmati Rice / Sada Rice - 2 cups
Onion – 1
Carrot - 2
Beans - 1 cup
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Simpla Mirch / Dobli Mirchi – 2 nos
Patta Gobi – small piece
Spring onion leaves chopped
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Fresh ginger - 1/4" grated
Green Chilies – 4
Cilantro/Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
Garam Masala (Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay leaves, Elaichi)
Almonds – 10 (optional)
Cashew nut - 10 (optional)
Salt - to taste
Oil
Note: Wash and cut all the vegetables lengthwise into 2" pieces (stick shape)
