  • 1 Cup sour milk (1 Tablespoon White Vineger + Milk to equal 1 C.)
  • 1 Cup hot coffee
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Icing:
  • 1 Cup vegetable shortening
  • 1 Cup butter (2 Sticks) room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 8 Cups Confectioners sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons milk
