- 2 tbsp olive oil
- small tin chopped tomatoes
- seeds from 4 cardamon pods
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1 tbsp curry paste (mild or hot)
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup frozen garden peas
- 50g butter
- 200g basmati rice
- 1 chicken stock cube
