Ingredients
- 1 unbaked, single pie crust for a 9-inch pie.
- 2 cups of pitted sweet cherries, such as bing cherries
- Filling:
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t vanilla extract
- ½ t almond extract
- 1 14oz can of sweetened, condensed milk
- 4 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- Topping:
- ½ C flour
- ½ C sugar
- ¼ C butter
- 2 T sliced almonds

I Came Up With This Recipe The Other Day. I Needed To Bring A Pie To Church Function And Wanted Something A Little Different. It Was A Big Hit.
