Ingredients
- Day 1:
- 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4-5 lb beef roast
- 1 generous tsp bottled minced garlic
- 4 med potatoes, cut into wedges
- baby carrots, a couple of handfuls
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- spices (I eye these out, listed from least amount used to most):
- dry mustard
- fresh ground black pepper
- sea salt
- sage
- parsley
- basil
- Day 2:
- 1 med onion sliced
- 2 tbs butter
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- croutons
- swiss cheese slices
- sandwich rolls
- Day 3:
- BBQ sauce
- sesame seed buns
