Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp milk or half and half
- 1/2 tspn tarragon
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 6 pieces leftover asparagus... cut into 3/4 to 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 oz. crabmeat (imitation or canned or fresh whatever you have it)
- 3 oz cream cheese cut into small pieces, softened is best
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
Description
Nice Change From "the Usual" Scrambled Eggs. I Found The Base Recipe And Added Some Changes.... Like The Onions And Asparagus. Add A Little Hot Sauce, Some English Muffins, And Grits... Life Is Good.
