Easy Falafel Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of dried chickpeas, soaked in water for 12 hours or overnight
  • Crumbs from 2 slices of white bread
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced or finely chopped
  • 2 tsps. baking soda
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 small - medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt, pepper
  • oil for deep frying

Description

Serve Hot Falafel In A Warm Pita With Pickled Radish, Tahini, Onions, Shredded Lettuce, Hummus, Olives And Some People Like To Add Hot Sauce.
