- 5 cloves of garlic, minced or finely chopped
- 2 tsps. baking soda
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 small - medium onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt, pepper
- oil for deep frying
