- 2 cups Fresh Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), soaked in water for 12 hours
- Salt, (less than a teaspoon deleted), pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, heaping tablespoon
- 1⁄2 small Onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup Fresh Coriander, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda, Deleted
- 5 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 slices Bread, crumbs and black (you can crumble in a food processor)
- Oil, for deep frying
