- 6 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2-1 teaspoon chili oil; as you prefer
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
- salad oil for deep frying
