- Softened butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 pounds baby swiss or havarti cheese - sliced 1/4 in thick
- 1 1/2 pounds ham (Coppa, prosciutto, mortadella) - sliced 1/4 in thick
- 1 1/2 pounds provolone - sliced 1/4 in thick
- 1 recipe Olive relish
- OLIVE relish
- 1 c chopped green olives
- 1 c chopped black olives
- 1 7 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 3/4 c olive oil
- 3 T chopped fresh parlsey
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 1 T chopped capers, rinsed before chopping
