  • 1 1 1/2-2 lbs flank or similar steak, pounded to about 1/4-1/2 inch
  • 2T olive oil
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1T worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts chopped and rinsed(if brined)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • about 2 cups raw spinach leaves
  • 3 strips bacon
  • grill safe twine or skewers to hold meat together while cooking
