- juice from 1 lemon
- 1T worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- sea salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts chopped and rinsed(if brined)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- about 2 cups raw spinach leaves
- 3 strips bacon
- grill safe twine or skewers to hold meat together while cooking
