Swampland Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 Lbs. lean ground venison hamburger ( or ground chuck)
  • 1/2 Lb. whole hog sausage (hot)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. rubbed sage
  • 1 Tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Tsp. sea salt
  • 1 Tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic - crushed or minced.
  • SAUCE:
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 Tsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk

Description

These Are Swedish Type Meatballs Cooked The Southern Way. It Goes Great With Some Rice (cooked With Swanson Beef Broth & Butter) And Collard Greens Seasoned With Smoked Neck Bone, & Butter & Salt & Pepper.
