- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
- 2 Tbsp. rubbed sage
- 1 Tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 Tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic - crushed or minced.
- SAUCE:
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 Tsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 Tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
Description
These Are Swedish Type Meatballs Cooked The Southern Way. It Goes Great With Some Rice (cooked With Swanson Beef Broth & Butter) And Collard Greens Seasoned With Smoked Neck Bone, & Butter & Salt & Pepper.
