Ingredients
- Recipe # 1
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup orange
- Over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice
- Stir in the cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop, about 10 minutes
- Remove from heat and place in a bowl
- Sauce will thicken as it cools

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 cup water
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil
- Reduce to a simmer and cook until cranberries are soft about 10 minutes
- Transfer to a bowl and let cool
Description
I Have Never Been A Fan Of That Cranberry Sauce In A Can, So A Few Years Ago, I Started Making It Fresh. The Difference Was Incredible! If You Try Either Of These Recipes, You Won't Go Back To That Lump Of Jelly.
