  • half a chicken breast per person cut into cubes or about a cup of shrimp per person
  • minced garlic to taste
  • one big onion
  • mushrooms
  • jalapino peppers minced to taste
  • red, yellow and green bellpeppers
  • and any veggies you desire
  • 8oz brick of cream cheese
  • 8oz of sour cream
  • one medium sized tomatoe
  • garlic salt
  • seasoning salt


You Can Use Either Shrimp Or Chicken And Any Veggies You Love. It's A Very Flexible Recipe And Can Be Altered For Each Familys Needs. You Can Also Serve It With Pasta Or Rice.
