Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts (reserve half of juice)
- Mash, balance together, and add:
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 5 ounces grated monterey jack cheese
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
- 1/2 clove chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Tabasco sauce, about 1 to 2 drops
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Reserve half of juice from can (as above)
- 1 box of Triscuits
