- 1 medium onion - finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic - crushed & chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper - finely chopped. Remove the seeds if you like a little less heat
- 400 g can tomatoes
- 35 g pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 300 g can red kidney beans - rinsed & drained

- 1 large avocado
- 1 baby onion - finely chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- few drops Tabasco
- 1 small tomato - finely chopped
