- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

- 450g chicken, blitzed in a food processor until minced
- 2-4 green chillies, finely chopped or to taste
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
- ASSEMBLY:
- 4 slices mature cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns, split
- 50g lettuce, finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons salsa
