Ingredients
- 2 or 3 tblsp olive oil
- 1/2 head napa cabbage thinly sliced
- 3 large potatoes sliced in 1/4 inch pieces, peel on
- 1/2 lb cooked pork sausage (I used Gourmet Signature roasted red bell pepper and carmelized onion sausage)
- 1 can black eyed peas drained and rinsed
- 1 small yellow onion thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 5 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Mexican oregano
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- pinch of allspice
- parmesan cheese
