Ingredients
- 4 Cups water
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 celery stems, cut into 3 inch long pieces

- 7 cloves garliclightly crushed
- 1.5 Cups of white rice
- using 2 1/2 cup of broth to cook rice
- 1 Medium cucumber ,sliced
- celanto leave for garnish
- 1 small drop of yellow food coloring
- Kow man gai sauce (use soy sauce as substitute) if don't like the sauce.
- FOR SAUCE:
- 3 Tablespoons salted soy bean
- 1 Teaspoon thick soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1.5 Teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon ground of fresh ginger
- 1 Thai chili pepper finely chopped
