- 2 celery sticks, cut into matchstick strips
- ½ cucumber, about 200 g (7 oz), halved, seeded and cut into matchstick strips
- Dressing:
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar, cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 small fresh red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed
