- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup grapefruit juice (I use fresh..or sometimes fresh OJ))
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp ground ginger
