  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups Yukon gold, potatoes diced
  • 2 cups fresh shucked corn
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
