  • 1 tablespoon brandy

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 3 large granny smith apples—peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges each
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
