- 1tablespoon brandy
CARAMELIZED APPLES
- 2tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3large Granny Smith apples—peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges each
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2tablespoons water
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
