- salt and pepper
- 4 good quality hamburger buns, split
- 2 cups thinly sliced cabbage
- 1 carrot, coarsely grated
- 1 small red onion, cut into rings
- 1 tomato, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 T ketchup
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1 T yellow prepared mustard
