Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked oatmeal (not instant)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup fat-free skim milk
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters or 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup sugar (I use just a pinch, you can always add sugar to the cooked version-- just sprinkle on top)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple, drained
- ¼ cup raisins
