Ingredients
- 1lb. medium shrimp (cleaned and shells off)
- 2- green onions(diced)
- 2-cloves garlic(minced)
- 2-carrots(cut thinly on angle)
- 10-snow peas (cut in half ends removed)
- handful bean sprouts( i add at the end i like them to stay kind of crunchy)
- 1- can sliced water chestnuts(drained)
- 1-can baby corn(cut bite size)
- 1 -can coconut milk
- 1-pkt thai peanut sauce(come with 2 packets use both)
- 1/2 -cup cilantro
- 1- lime(cut into 4 (wedges)
- unsalted peanuts(roasted)
