- 2 table spoons sugar
- 1 table spoon italian seasoning
- 2 table spoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- Filling
- 1/2 pound hot Italian sausage
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced seeded and stemmed jalapenos
- 1 head of roasted garlic paste
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced pepperoni or salami
- 1 can sliced or chopped black olives
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated provolone
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/4 cup romano cheese
- 1/4 cup asiago cheese
- If you do not feel like buying all the cheeses and grating you can get italian blend cheese pre-grated
- Dipping sauce
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic dehydrated or fresh
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Description
Not Really A Calzone And Not Really A Stromboli But Really Really Good. A Lot Of Flavors That Mix Well With Each Other. Takes Some Work But Worth All Of It.
