- 1/2 lb Flanksteak- Pounded to about 1/2 inch thick
- (Filling)
- 1 Clove Garlic- Peeled
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Cup chopped onion
- 1/4 Cup bread Crumbs
- 1 Cup Frozen Baby Spinach- Thawed and Dried
- 1/2 Cup Crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 Cup Skim ricotta cheese
