- 2/3 cup finely diced shallots
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic (about 3 large cloves)
- 1 tablespoon mashed roasted garlic, about 4 to 6 cloves (recipe follows)
- 4 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Baste and glaze
- 4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 5 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
