- 8 eggs
- 8 good quality pork sausages, such as cumberland sausages
- 4 tomatoes, halved
- 4 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 can Heinz or Van de Camp baked beans
- 1 tube of black pudding (optional, found at some butchers)
- 2 tsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
