Pan Fried Fish W Lemon-butter-caper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fish fillets preferable Filet of sole or flounder...the picture shows tilapia filets
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tbs butter(real butter not margarine....although I haven't tried it with margarine)
  • 1 tbs capers
  • juice of 1 lemon(I used bottled lime juice instead)
  • 1 tsp parsley

This Recipe Is From Ivillage.com. I've Made It With Fillet Of Sole Before But This Time I Tried Tilapia. It Was Good But Not As Good As With Fillet Of Sole. The Filet Of Sole Came Out Crispy On The Edges And So Flaky On The Inside...the Tilapia Sort Of
