- About 3 or 4 cups prepared rice
- 12-15 chicken nuggets
- 1 can of crushed or chopped pineapple-drained (but don't pitch it-drink it, it's my favorite part :)
- sweet and sour sauce (the amount depends on you)
- a bit of teriyaki sauce (again, to your taste)
- some chopped red pepper
