Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise not salad dressing
• 1/2 cup dry shaker cheese mix ( Parmesan, Romano, Asagio )
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cups artichokes chopped- I cook fresh but frozen thawed or canned artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped may be used- don't use the onesi n marinade
• 1 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed , drained and squeezed dry
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• Optional Garnish: chopped parsley and cilantro, chopped toasted almonds
