  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato,seeded and peel
  • 1 serrano pepper,seeded and chopped
  • 2 T. bread crumbs
  • 3 garlic cloves,minced
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. onion salt
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese,shreaded
  • 1 T chopped frsh cilantro,for garnish
