- 16-oz ricotta cheese, Dragone part-skim
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 3 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ( 4-oz ) can mushrooms stems and pieces ( Pennsylvania Dutchman )
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced thin lengthwise
- 1 bag of baby spinach
- 16-oz mozzarella cheese part-skim, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded

I Put This Together Because I Can Not Have The Pasta In The Lasagna. My Bypass Does Not Alow The High Starch And High Fat. It Is A Low Carb And Healther Than The Triditional Lasanga.
