Ingredients
- 2-3 cups garbanzo beans boiled til soft
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 2 carrots diced
- 2 celery ribs diced
- 1 med onion dices 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 4 tblsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tblsp mustard
- 1 tblsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or bread crumbs
- eat on a good bun with a slice of your favorite cheese mine is tilamook chedder, ketchup and honey mustard are yummy too
