- 1 large onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2/ lb pork loin, or 2 Italian sausages, or neither
- 1/4 cup parsely
- 1 1/2 tablespoon basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- salt and pepper to taste
- spaghetti
