8 cups chicken broth **see note**
Prepared meatballs-recipe follows
1/2 chicken-cooked and shredded
2-15 ounce cans cannellini beans-drained and rinsed
2 cups fresh Kale-chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil julienned
1 cup dried pasta-small shape

1/4 pound ground chuck
1/4 pound ground pork
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan-grated
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup fresh basil-chopped
1/2 tablespoon grated onion
2 cloves garlic-minced
1 teaspoon salt
pinch nutmeg
