Ingredients
- 12 cabbage leaves
- 1 pound ground beef (I use ground chuck)
- 1/2 cup instant rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces (DO NOT drain)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water (approximately)
Description
Garnish With Parsley Or Cheese If Desired.. My Family Loves Them With Shredded Cheddar Cheese On Top.
