Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked pasta; we used a mixture of cavatappi and radiatori and elbow pasta (because that was what was happened to be in the cupboard)
- 1-2 small tomatoes
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 med green pepper
- 1/2 small red onion
- DRESSING:
- 6 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbs fresh diced basil
- 1 Tbs fresh diced mint
Description
This Is An A Easy Cold Pasta Salad With A Homemade Dressing. This Dressing Can Be Made On Its Own And Used For Salads, Marinade, Etc Also.
