Ingredients
- 3 c milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 2/3 to 1 c Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c cornflour (cornstarch)
- 1/4 c Cold water
- 1/2 c Slivered blanched almonds
- 1/4 -1/2 ts ground cardamom (or more)
- 1/4 c Finely chopped pistachios (blanched)
- Add a dash of vanilla or whatever flavoring is your favorite (my innovation) 'cause it was a little bland for my taste!
Description
A Mild But Delicious Afghan Custard Which Will Complement Any Heavy Meal And Cleanse The Palate. Makes A Nice Presentation.
