Tomato Artichoke Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-14 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 oz tomato sauce
  • 1-14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1/2 C onions, finely chopped
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2/3 C parmesan cheese (preferrably freshly grated)

Description

An Unusual But, Tasty Side, Easy To Prepare. A Nice Addition For A One Dish Meal Could Be Grilled Chicken Breast, Crab Meat Or Shrimp.
