Baked Tomatoes And Artichokes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can Italian plum tomatoes (undrained)
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Description

This Makes A Very Good Side Dish With Many Things. Full Of Flavor, Last Time I Made It I Served It With A Nice Piece Of Steak. Made The Meal Come Alive.
